First of all, I’d like to thank the wonderful staff, especially the front desk clerk who greeted me around 4 a.m. The service was seamless and exceeded my expectations. This was my first experience with a Tru by Hilton property, and I really appreciate the clean, simplistic style. I look forward to becoming a regular guest.
This is our second time to stay at this facility. It's perfect. Our plan was to sleep in a nice, CLEAN room with a few amenities, have breakfast in the morning and move on. That's exactly what we did with a bonus. Jeanette, at the front desk showed us around the hotel, where to get ice buckets and the ice, which elevators to use, coffee, tea and hot chocolate is available all day, she made cookies and told us what time to get then HOT. Jeannette told us about local restaurants and shopping in the area along with coupons and guidance for short walking parking. Will positively stay here again and thank you Jeannette for making us seniors feel welcomed and safe.
