Enjoyed the location, the hotel was clean. Quiet. Internet not great, staff very friendly. Food good, pool clean, shuttle driver very nice and helpful. Liked that our luggage was stored fue to arriving before check in and we were still able to get checked in three hours early.
No problems. Maria Perez helped us find a room away from elevator. She was so kind to give us an end room. She must have been a cleaning executive. Even went down to front desk and brought us up new keys.
Gina from Costa Rica is one lovely lady and a wonderful and attentive bartender and waitress. I am here just for an overnight stay. I was struck by her attentiveness, welcoming attitude and smile. She made me two of the best mango drinks I’ve ever had! Everyone was kind but Gina was terrific!
Very helpful and friendly staff at check in desk. Room very nice excellent bed. Perfect room for if you are traveling with your pets. Dining area and food selection are quite good. They are under staffed and usually only have one person doing the bar and waiting the tables. So just be patient and kind to staff.
