We were there for three nights, enjoyed the staff and the restaurant.
The covering on the desk chair in our room was falling apart and the toilet is so low it is a problem sitting on it. It is basically a bit rundown based on what we paid. The food we had was not at all good. Scrambled (?) eggs, potatoes not cooked very well, the biscuit was not on par with almost every other place we've stayed. We've stayed here before and we always look to find a Great Western in our travels as they are always great to excellent, but this one did not live up to standards. The Abby Inn in St. George, Utah is a Great Western we've stayed at many times and the rooms are excellent and they have the BEST breakfast of any motel we've ever stayed at and we've stayed at a lot of them in our lifetime. I'm really sorry we were disappointed in Green Valley.
TV out,not told at check in. No offer offer of a free meal or money off of room. Cafe workers however were very nice.
Had car trouble,couldnt make it. Wanted me to go through 12 hoops in order to get a refund. Just another way to keep my money.💰$205….
I was in Green Valley in July, enjoyed the stay, came back and enjoyed it more! Great staff!
I don't stay at hotels very often, so I found Barbara at the front desk was very helpful, got me checked and situated. My band had a show at CPAC that evening and I'll be staying at Best Western Green Valley Inn next time we play there. Thank you!
