Great location—two blocks to Fisherman's Wharf. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful and the rooms were very clean. This is a well maintained property and there is no doubt that good management is here. My new place to stay when I return.

Overall the amenities and hotel in general were great. Staff wasn’t the most welcoming and I was hit with a surprise parking fee of $65 per night and only valet were allowed to park my car. Staff member could care less and when asked if there were any options I was told I could park around the corner for $45 per night. I would definitely think twice before booking with this location and even though I’m a IHG member I won’t be staying at this property ever again.
