This was my first experience of visiting Hattiesburg. All of the staff were very nice and professional, very willing to assist with recommendations for our dining experience. Hotel rooms and lobby was exceptionally clean and very modern. We will definitely visit again soon.

We picked this hotel because it had good reviews. I have to say that the bedding and the room was comfortable. However, when we asked for extra towels or extra cups for our room, we never got them. also we ate at the restaurant downstairs and they were out of three food items and didn’t come tell us until 20 min after we ordered.
Beautiful hotel with great customer service! However I do not recommend booking on Bookonline as the fews were way high. Better off just booking through the hotel.
