I cancelled this room. I tried to cancel using the information on the email I received. The report said it was cancelled. I also tried to talk to a live person to verify the cancellation but was told to call another number which did not produce any results. Another runaround with no results. Called again t a different number with the same results.
I arrived at my room. Disappointed I look over a roof top and mechanical equipment, one of the lamp shades is missing so it’s just bright bare bulbs, went to buy a bottle of water and the hotel does not take cash every part is by card. Lastly wanted ice to go with my sparkling water I bought and it doesn’t work. Pretty frustrated for the amount of money for the room.
