Facility is very good ..reservations were not what I was told.. wanted 1st floor because have pet but had to take a 3rd floor rm.. very disappointed..also rate quoted wast substantially more than our stay10 weeks earlier in February. I think I was lied to and screwed over. Stay in February was great…April stay sucked! You just lost another customer.
