Easy check in. Room was clean and nicely furnished. The stay was nice and we will stay there again.
The trundle bed was dirty. No sheets on it. Maid brought sheets and pillow but told us to put them on. TV didn't work, came twice to fix it. Internet didn't work at all. Front desk attendant doesn't speak English. Pool is super over chlorinated to the extent that in a previous visit, my son woke up with chemical burns. General manager was informed by the front desk after I found someone that was fluent in the English language. Instead of calling me to make things right, he had the front desk underling offer me $50.00 as recompense. Evidentally he was too busy to speak to an unhappy guest. The $50.00 was never removed, so I guess we can add zero integrity to the list of failures. Btw, we have stayed here since the year they opened. Their decline has been picking up momentum. We will never stay there again.
Lack of cancelation policy. Low water pressure. Too hot in room even through turned down heat.
I have stayed at this hotel multiple times because I have family east and west of I84 so it is easy access the interstate to visit my family. My only complaint is I wish breakfast was extended until 11:00 a.m.
Breakfast is not included but may be purchased from the breakfast menu. Average cost $10 per person.
