This stay was terrible. I booked a room with two beds and a pull out couch and upon arrival I was told that they didn't have that room available, only a king size bed with a pull out couch was available. When asked why I was able to book the room I needed they said they didn't know. I didn't have a place to sleep, slept on the floor. The toilet leaked onto the floor and completely flooded all the way to the carpet and there were no clean towels in the entire hotel according to the front desk and we were given a bag of bath mats to clean up the mess. The door did not latch/lock properly. It was a terrible stay.
