The cool thing about Viejas Casino & Willows Hotel is that it offers a full-service spa, a casino, a 24-hour fitness center, and a complimentary shuttle to the nearby casino or shopping center.
I have always enjoyed my stays at Viejas and my recent overnight trip was no different. We arrived early so my husband and I could watch the football game. The check in process was smooth and we appreciated our agent explaining everything about the room, including the newer minibars you pick an item up, you bought it? Our luggage was stored until we received a text that our room was ready. Our room was clean, cool and we'll appointed and the bed was the star attraction. The mattress was made by Saatva who is a premium bed company. The mattress was supportive but felt like a cloud. I mean have I gone to heaven? Anyway we proceeded to the bar and grill to a nice smallish area with a bar plus comfy seating areas. I think I counted four realkt big screen TVs and five over the bar. After the game we were hungry so went to the acclaimed Grove Restaurant. Service and food were excellent. A little light gambling and a White Russian plus a $370 win at Roulette (really) brought the night to a close. The next morning armed with Bloody Marys we thoroughly enjoyed the sparkling pool, which was surprisingly not crowded. We didnt want to leave but were only staying for one night. Next time we will stay for two and do it all over again!
Absolutely great! Easy to park. Staff was welcoming and informative. The entire experience was fabulous. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The casino was clean.
