I love coming to ur hotel.. I enough my weekend and I love the dinner waiters.. Mrs. Gorgena is the best I get her almost ever time and she’s sweet! Mr. Jon as well he’s nice.
The hotel was great, pool was amazing warm, favorite hotel to go to, dinner waiters were great, bar person Mr. Jon was amazing and nice and friendly… I’d have to say there’s not been a bad experience there.
Everyone was so helpful!

The Radisson Hotel Corning is a certified Audubon Green Leaf Eco-Rated Hotel. We have an Energy Management System (EMS) in place to train employees on recycling /waste prevention. We participate in "Clean the World" a recycling program for soap. Energy efficient lighting is installed throughout the entire hotel including the lobby, hallways, guest rooms, public restrooms, offices, meeting rooms and outdoor areas. Reuse-Rehang Program for sheets and towels are in place in guest rooms. Sensors and Timers are used to control lighting in various meeting space and storage areas. Water-conserving fixtures are used throughout the hotel. Our in house recycling program includes corrugated paper (card board), newspapers, paper, beverage containers and ink cartridges. We also partner with local charities to donate chairs, sofas, beds, bedding, sheets, towels, linens, tables, lamps and other equipment associated with meeting set ups. Club Carlson (Radisson's loyalty program) was the first hotel loyalty program to commit to a global carbon offsetting initiative! Club Carlson purchases carbon credits to offset the estimated carbon footprint of 100% of Club Carlson for Planners meetings and events globally, across six brands and over 1,000 hotels in operation worldwide. The carbon offsetting, a free service for meeting planners is managed through Carlson Rezidor’s new partner, Carbon Footprint LTD. Carbon Credits are purchased and invested in renewable energy in India and with the planting of one tree for every ton of carbon offset in the Great Rift Valley in Kenya. Club Carlson members have the option to redeem their points in various increments to benefit, The American Red Cross or The World Childhood Foundation among other options.

All of the staff was professional and polite. Accommodations were clean and decorated very nicely. Our group was allowed to use a room for a game night which we greatly appreciated !
Jordan at the front desk was really nice and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable and even had a nice view out the back of the property. Perfectly located for checking out the charming downtown area. But to me, the best part is the layout of the lobby area. Some may call it dated because of the materials used in the 70s and the conversation pit but it still works as intended. When I checked in late Saturday afternoon, the conversation pit and bar were full of people enjoying themselves. When I came back from dinner later, same thing plus the addition of two pleasant musicians in the bar. Rather than being a space to just pass through, it was a warm and welcoming destination in and of itself. I say all this as an avid reader of all things design and architecture and it’s my understanding that the hotel is due for an overhaul soon. I chose to stay here rather than the Hilton Garden Inn because I didn’t like the photos! Too much gray, too many bright LED lights. I sincerely hope the design team recognizes the value of keeping the warm elements of the existing space like the lighting and wood features and the greenery and most of all, the conversation pit. It’s an unusual feature these days and it’s cool as hell and is really inviting.
Clean, quiet, comfy bed, convenient+ walkable to several restaurants + even CMOG (around a mile).
The staff was very friendly and eager to make sure my stay was pleasant.

The customer service here is *amazing*! I had my husband’s birthday treats delivered here and they got us right in after a day at Corning Museum of Glass. Kayleigh (not perfectly sure about her name) is so fantastic and sweet. The comfortable beds, great customer service!

Love the upgrades and remodel! Always enjoy the pool; wish they never got rid of the hot tub! It was fantastic! The new member check in gift bag was such a fun, bonus surprise and the hand written note accompanying it was an over the top compliment of the warm welcome!

The hotel is great, the reception staff is exceptional! The location could not be more convenient as Main Street Corning is just steps away.

Hotel is nice, we were guests at celebration of life for a long time Corning resident. Reception, bar and appetizers was very nice. The only issue was not enough staff on Saturday morning at breakfast…. One server for the entire restaurant. While server was excellent, it was impossible for him to accommodate everyone.
