We enjoyed our stay.
Fantastic front desk person. Hotel seems rundown, appearance and guest wise. Nice but sketchy people hanging around outside. Didn’t give me the safe, a little upscale feeling Hampton usually does.
Room,staff location very nice. Late night parking limited.
I do have one complaint. When making our reservation, I was speaking to the front desk person and was switched to someone I thought was another hotel employee, but it turned out it was a Priceline person. We were charged twice for our room. I was able to get the charge reversed, but not without a lot of effort. I think this is a bad policy for the hotel.

I lost a very important item and Nicole went above and beyond to try to help me find it.
Room was fine noise was not.

Good people working make an average hotel much better. As far as amenities there wasn’t anything that differentiated this location from any other location however the personnel behind the checkin can make all the difference. Welcoming warmly and asking if there’s anything else they can do to help make the stay better. Great group of employees!
