We visited Waco for The Baylor University graduation and the room was clean, the front desk staff was very polite especially the young lady that had her birthday on Friday can’t recall her name but she was very friendly, polite and ready to assist! Great customer service!
Came in town for my Fathers funeral never been to Texas before the service for my family was perfections the care we received and treatment in our time of grief was very calming. We appreciate your business the young lady I believe her name was Jackie please give her a raise or payed time off she handled the front the phones and us with our many questions about hotel services and areas of interest around. She was amazing also the other young ladies as well that came on shift after her please give them some sort or recognition for how they worked with professionalism and respect. They are running your hotel well. 👍🏼10 + 100 grade A+ services.
The room and pool area was nice. Breakfast they use glass plates. Which is nice. But they need to include the clean plate policy. I seen a family with many children. The kids licked their plates. Used them to go back and get more food
The staff were very kind and accommodating. The hotel I highly recommend. The restaurant host/waiter was great and professional even when it started to get busy.
