Conserve to Preserve Program: We only wash towels that are on the ground if they are hanging up we do not replace for stayover guests. Same with bed sheets we only wash for stayover guests if they leave the wash card on the bed.

Room was comfortable and clean.
I was in Springfield for a state wide convention. The hotel was in easy walking distance to the conference (and non conference) venues. Very helpful staff at the reception desk.
Couldn’t get TV to work. Called front desk. Maintenance person came up immediately. He had to press a lot of buttons but got it to work. Just an example of your well trained staff. Thank you!

Amazing beds and bedding! Great room temperature and lovely bathroom. Was a little surprised the breakfast was additional money, but still great. Absolutely recommend staying here.
When I checked in at the front desk we were greeted by Mallory Kakley. What a pleasant it was because she not only had a warm greeting smile but made us feel welcome. Obviously, she is a true professional but what a representative for the Hilton organization. I discussed an issue I had and without hesitation she assisted me in resolving it. Please express to Mrs Kakley our appreciation for making our visit start off positive. I definitely will stay at a Hilton again.
The hotel was neat and clean. Also supplied shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hairdryer.

Close to all downtown areas and Basketball Hall of Fame.
We were here for a hockey tournament. Hotel was under construction. so some rooms were pretty beat up and a few had just been renovated. We were in an old room. It had ripped wallpaper, mushy beds and no ventilation in the bathrooms. You have to go through the swimming area to get to the gym and this weekend, the pool was filled with little kids. Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything. Every morning we were woken up by taking in the hallways as the hotel crew or room maintenance were working and talking via their walkie talkies. Also the first night, there was a homeless man wandering the hotel. He tried to come back that night but at least you couldn’t get in the hotel without a room key. One benefit is that the hotel is walking distance to the basketball hall of fame and a couple of restaurants and the staff was nice.
Room clean good maintenance service always pleasant at desk.
The hotel was fine, just stuck with too much money.
