When I arrived late on Wednesday, 5/21/25, after 12 hours in airports I went into my room and it had a musty and dirty odor and the TV didn’t work. I called the front desk and was switched to a different room (323). This room was an improvement and had been treated with an air freshener. The bathroom was actually lovely and very functional. However by the 2nd day of my stay the air freshener was beginning to wear off and a couple of the pillows smelled dirty. The room size was quite adequate but my room needed a new mattress, pillows and linens. The breakfast was as expected and I have no complaints about it. Also the staff was friendly. Im sorry to say that I probably won’t be staying at this hotel again. I am an IHG member but Holiday Inn Express is off my list of places to stay. Margaret Palmieri.
