Security at Casino was awesome! My husband had gone to the room and it was dark. I asked for an escort to the hotel on two separate occasions. Caitlynn from security was working the door and she called Derek to walk me over. They were both so amazingly kind and wouldn't accept a tip. My husband and I were so thankful to the both of them, saved him a walk back to the casino to pick me up. Thank you So Much!

Was very pleased with our stay. Employees friendly and rooms very clean.

We had two rooms to check into but our daughter wasn’t there to check in when we were, but ladies were helpful making sure second room would be ready on same floor as us when they got there. Everything went so smoothly, rooms so nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

I liked the games that are current and the Rolette both electronic and traditional table.

The casino doesn't open until 10am, no continental breakfast for hotel guests. No where for breakfast until the casino opens, just a coffee stand. The sheets had some kind of stain on it and the coffee maker still had a used coffee pack in it. The pool was way over chlorinated to the point you could smell it half way down hall. The pool and the hot tub had scum around the water line, the grates at the bottom looked dirty as well. The hot tub had rust in parts of the tile grout.The pool and tub had so much chlorine in it that my wife's swim suit was dripping pink water on the white towel. The front desk people didn't know when or if a manager would be available. There should always be management available for guests who have an issue. The fact that my wife fell in the bathroom and got hurt because of her rinsing out as much of the chlorine as she could should from her swimsuit and was hanging it back up when she fell would not have happened if her swimsuit wasn't bleeding pink from the chlorine. It was supposed to be a happy Birthday weekend for my wife, but due to poor maintenance of the pool/spa area, she got hurt and was in pain from falling. It turned out not to be a happy weekend.

Very beautiful rooms and quiet with friendly staff. It was wonderful.

My friend and I always enjoy our stay. We ate in the steakhouse and it was delicious. We also always enjoy the smaller casino in the hotel lobby.

Very clean hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much and appreciated the places that you could walk your dog. The employees were very helpful and we will definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating.

My only issue is when I called the front desk to fill the soap dispenser in the shower, it wasn’t done so the next morning while taking a shower, I had to get out and use the soap by the sink!

Awesome we will be back.
