I have a pleasant quiet experience.
Given the storm Helene on Thursday 9/26, at 9:15 pm the check in at the lobby was full of tired clients a really long waiting line to be checked in … Whitney, behind the desk was cool, calm very professional and helpful … it was surprising she did not get some backup help, but she just did an amazing job by herself therefore she should be congratulated and compensated accordingly. Thank you Whitney.
