There was several very noisy busloads of kids that made it impossible to rest. Staff changed our room. It was better. When making reservations I called front desk and was rerouted to 3rd party. They did not reserve the room I requested and over charged me. I am very disappointed about that. I will be staying in oneonta frequently but not happy this time.
