I was so impressed with the professionalism and patience of the staff! We had our company retreat at the facility with 50 employees. I had NUMEROUS changes in reservations and room assignments. I was having a hard time keeping track and I dreaded every time I had to contact the hotel with yet another change. However, not once did they ever give me any indication that I was being bothersome or difficult, although I know it had to have been extremely frustrating for them! So, Kudos to the hotel front desk staff! We will definitely be back next year, hopefully a little more organized! ;).

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I have stayed a few times and Front Desk Team is always attentive to me. They always ask if I need anything and are not only informational but very friendly. I feel like I'm talking to a friend. Thank you.
