I was traveling alone, as a woman, with two babies. Every single person offered to help me and the front desk lady even whispered me my room number because she saw a group of men looking (not that men are bad, but she respected my safety and obviously knows real life risks)! The cleaning lady got my key out of my pocket for me to open the door as I was carrying two babies. She helped me the next day too and was so nice to the kids. The room was excellent I love the Tru hotels. The food is always amazing. Everything was clean and your cleaners work HARD! thank you so much for the amazing service I can’t wait to book again!
