Good location room and service.
Phone reservations were difficult, but when we arrived and departed the front desk clerks were great! I would suggest that you not text people multiple times at 10:30 at night with their receipt! Breakfast was lacking. If you’re going to serve until 11, then everything should be available still at 9:30 and when asking for something should not be told that an item would not be replenished. Probably will not recommend or stay at the Plainsboro location again!
On behalf of my family, I want to recognize the young lady at the lobby desk, Yuri. She was absolutely amazing—her customer service was outstanding. She was kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable. It was truly a pleasure interacting with her. Thank you so much, Yuri!
I arrived with my elderly father to a hotel under construction and closed with a dumpster in the front. A construction worker told us it was closed for renovation I showed him on my phone the reservation I made days before. He said that was nuts. He said I will have to go to the crown Royal only closest one around. My father and I will never make reservations again at the Holiday inn. We were treated very wrong after staying there for two years at least four times a year.
