Booking was easy and efficient. Concierge was patient, resourceful and accommodating. Room was pleasant, comfortable and clean. Staff throughout the facility were friendly and helpful. I have been here before and will continue to book here when I need to be at Hershey medical center.
This was my fourth stay at the Fairfield in Hershey, and once again, it was excellent. I had an operation at Penn State and stayed at the hotel afterward to recuperate. The staff were wonderful, kind and accommodating. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Hershey.
The room temperature was a little difficult to regulate. Kept adjusting temperature because cool air would blow and then warm air would blow. Beds were comfortable breakfast was good. All and all a good experience. Close HMC and restaurants..
