Nancy, Vickie and Jennifer do the best job at the at the front desk! They really make this hotel stand out in an amazing way. This Allstar staff, is helpful, always available and very knowledgeable. As long as they are part of the team we will continue to stay at this property.
I made a reservation through an 800 number. They charged about $95 for the service. Insurance was included and I never asked for it. When the room wasn’t ready and we had to move, told I would get a discount and didn’t. Pool was out of commission. Lousy area for continental breakfast. I could go on.
