Staff was great. Thank you for upgrading us to a suite. We were there as my husband was having a procedure done at the hospital across the street. It was great that a restaurant was located in the property.

Definitely got taken by central booking. ended up paying in US dollars. .not even a breakfast included. Will never stay here again. ..but this is be us of Expedia. not hotel.
The place was smelly. There was blood on the carpet. Cigarette butts all over by the patio door. Overall disgusting!
I have received an email confirming that the booking was cancel due not been able to make it to Sudbury because of road condition. My email confirms that my cost fir the room will be refunded. However this git all mixed up is behond me. That's what happens when you have to book through a third party instead of straight with the hotel. Not impressed and I will make sure I am reimburse for my room and not the Refund plan protection.
