The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The rest, not so hot. A dresser handle was falling off. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. The clothes hook on the bathroom door was loose. The housekeepers did not refill an empty tissue box. They took the bathroom rug and did not replace it. We saw pieces of paper in the hallway that were there for at least two days. The overall impression was shabby and a lack of concern by the housekeeping staff.
