Hotel is across the road from the airport. Clean, pleasant staff, full morning breakfast included and airport shuttle 24 hrs daily. Highly recommend it.

We had just got in from a long day of traveling. It was midnight when we landed. Everything in the airport was closed. We needed water, we thought that the hotel always gives you two water bottles when you check in. Well, to our surprise they no longer do that. They had done it a week before our vacation. We got the water then. So we were highly upset that we couldn’t get the water any longer. The front desk clerk told us we could buy water that was on the back where you purchase snacks. So we went to buy water, OMG….one bottle of water cost $4.00. Wow…what a smack in the face that was. We didn’t buy the water, we decided to drink the water from the faucet. How ridiculous was that??! One week you get complimentary water, the following week you have to pay for a water bottle. That’s why my rating is low. I enjoy staying at the hotel, but the last two time I have been very disappointed!! So if you’re not a, Gold, Silver whatever else member, you won’t get the water bottles any longer! In other words, if you don’t have a title and are rich, don’t expect any free water bottles anymore! What a smack in the face that is!

Upon arrival we were given a King room for four people when I reserved a double queen room. This was for my daughter's 16th birthday. We were given an attitude by front desk employee. We were then offered two roll away beds. When they arrived(delivered by a wonderful gentleman by the name of Gerald) they were literally no better than those probably given in prison! Gerald then brought plush blankets to make the beds a bit better. Still nope, you can feel every spring and bump. After yet another call to the front desk, they miraculously found a double queen room three doors down! Again, Gerald came up and brought us a luggage cart to move our items. He was an absolute amazing human! We get to new room and it is filthy! Tissues under the sink in the bathroom, dirt all over the floor in bathroom and visible hand prints on the headboards. Needless to say we will never be back at this hotel!

Make sure you’re aware of all up charges before you hit the book button. We had $190 up charge for the night of the Buffalo game. They ended up refunding us 97 of that, but wow. The place was clean. The stamp was friendly. I would recommend but watch out for the additional charges.
