The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. We were able to keep our car parked in the lot after checkout because of an appointment. I have stayed at this hotel several times and will continue to stay at this hotel when I travel to Rochester.

This hotel is very quiet and convenient for Mayo patients. The valet staff and shuttle drivers, Julie and the young man working July 7th at 9 pm, are particularly helpful and kind. The rooms are very quiet and clean and the location and the shuttle service to the Mayo Clinic are a plus.

All the staff was very helpful and courteous! The hotel was clean and well taken care of.
We stayed at the weekend. They gave us good information about where to park our car so we can charge it. Also, when it came time for breakfast, the cook and the server were very easy to talk to and prompt in getting us food. Appreciated the voucher. I would definitely say that there can be an improvement on explaining how the voucher works and how the breakfast buffet works for people staying.
