The cool thing about Horseshoe Bossier Casino & Hotel is that it offers a wide range of amenities including a casino, outdoor pool, fitness center, multiple restaurants, and spacious guestrooms with modern amenities.
Very impressive hotel with spacious lobby clean spacious rooms and 8oz Burger Bar restaurant was amazing. Best hotel restaurant we have ever been to with a variety of entrees.
We will return.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at this location. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. It felt like an extended family gathering. Will definitely go back again soon.

We only stayed one night but the check in and check out process was a smooth as you could ever expect. The staff was super nice and courteous. We will definitely be coming back.

Once again, was able to have a really great time of staying g at the Horseshoe. Enjoyed playing as many slots as I could (did win a little money). And I out some good points on my players card. Hope to be back soon, God willing and my health stays fairly good. 😉.

We chose the Horseshoe to celebrate our 53rd wedding anniversary as we have for several past anniversaries and I will say it is just as much fun and relaxing as the first time we came back in 2001.The staff is helpful and friendly, the food and entertainment is good and the slots are fun to play because you can actually win. Our room is recently remodeled on the 16th floor overlooking the city and the Red River. Just beautiful! We have tried the other casinos but we keep coming back to the Horseshoe casino, it is the BEST!

Conveniently located, nice hotel at a reasonable rate.
pillows are terrible.
We booked a room over the phone. We asked for a king room non smoking. When we checked in he said all he had was a queen smoking room. We had driven 100 miles for a 06:00 operation the next day. Too tired to go somewhere else. We took the room and when we stepped off the elevator all you could smell was cigarettes. We got to our room and could still smell cigarettes but it wasn’t as bad as the hallway. Will be having another operation in a month and probably won’t be staying at the Horseshoe. Very few cars were in the parking area, which didn’t make much sense to me being stuck in a smoking room.
Great clean room and restaurant was good. Good service. Will come again.
