Asked for bar soap three times. Told us they didn't have any. Ask room attendant she said no when it was right on cart. No tip for her.

I contacted the hotel desk person identified themselves as clerk. I booked a room for Cruise and stay and got there and they only had a hotel room that I paid $261 for I had to add Cruise rate and WeMo service for $75 extra Management with no help. They said I did the wrong thing and I had to pay extra. I’ve been staying there for 10 years and now I feel I can’t trust them to make a reservation over the phone.
This probably the 3rd or 4th time we've stayed Wouldn't keep coming back if we didn't enjoy it.
Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly.
Just turn the building down and build a new one.
This is my 3rd stay at BWP. Highly recommend this hotel!
