Nice stay, very satisfying.
Had a little trouble with reservations and then Eric helped us out. He was patient and kind and when I did not fully understand her repeated himself and took his time to make sure I understood. Again, patient, kind, respectful and caring for me in my situation. He did a great job helping us.

Excellent place to stay and play.
We checked into the Margaritaville after 10 hours of driving. We had planned to visit the Casino for an hour or so, but we were just too exhausted 🥱. We had dinner at the sports bar, enjoyed a glass of win an went to bed. The room was large and comfortable and we slept great! We are coming back through tonight and plan to visit the Casino this time.

I of for a room with city view, I got a room with a view of a roof and a neighborhood, had to stand in inches of water as I showered because the shower didn’t drain. Bathrooms in the casino had strong urine smell and there was only one person to check out. Strong cigarette and cigar smoke on the casino floor.
I never go to a casino expecting to win but I do expect to have fun and enjoy myself. I spent an hour and a half trying to get a drink while playing slots. My husband is a paraplegic and is hard for him to be going to bar and is also to expensive to get drinks from bar. Very poor service. Room was nice, but overall experience was poor. I would not advise others to go there.
Grossly overpriced and in need of cosmetic work. There is construction on the ground floor but the whole place needs some work.

This was our first trip back in well over a year due to the rooms being a little run down. This stay was in a newly renovated room, and it was definitely refreshing to see the changes made! We will be back for sure!
