Excellent Staff and the restaurant was fabulous to eat at each day.

Felt like I stepped into a five star hotel in Dallas. Clean, classy, large rooms, attentive staff. If you need lodging in the area or just want to get away this is your spot!

This is the most elegant place to stay! The room is way above and the people who work here (Abigail) was so helpful. Above and beyond!

What a lovely walk in the past. We stayed one night while on a roadtrip. The lobby is so beautiful as is the courtyard. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but enjoyed the view as we unwound from our drive. We had dinner there which was good. The linens and bed were very nice. I loved the bathroom restoration and nice kitchenette in the very large room!

If you are coming through West Texas on IH20, this is a must place to see! We come here at least once a year and it is a great place to spend a night. A wonderful setting in an elegant hotel. Dont’ miss your opportunity to visit this wonderful property.

Totally professional check in with local flavor. Smooth well oiled elevator, clean hallways and spotless suites and a killer shower! Awesome overnight stay!

We had the best breakfasts ever in the Grill. So impressed with the biscuits which were halved, then grilled crunchy and omelet. The pool area was lovely

We’ve spent several wedding anniversaries here and love to return. As we arrived on a Sunday evening, we were initially sad that the grill was closed. We’ve had so many outstanding dinners there. We tried dining in the Pharmacy Bar, though and were delighted with our meals. They were simple but perfectly prepared and presented. This hotel is elegant, catering to guests’ comfort. It’s always a joy to return.

Everyone was very helpful! Room was very nice, comfortable and clean.

Hotel Settles was very very clean, staff was gracious and had great pomegranate margaritas. Grill food was good. Basic room was nice. I am looking forward to returning.

The Settles is a nice hotel; arguably the best in town. However, the room I stayed in was a bit disappointing. The carpet felt tacky, the lamps didn't work (one was unplugged but still didn't work after being plugged in) so the overhead light was the only option. The bathroom was so tiny with zero space to lay anything down. I was worried I would drop something in the open toilet while getting ready; there was no toilet seat cover. The sink was the weirdest design I've ever encountered. The spout was built into bowl so when the water was running the stopper would close making it necessary to reach into the dirty water to pull it up.

Nice hotel, but smells awful. It would be a much better experience if the hotel had a spa like smell rather than smelling like a strong cleaning agent.
