My stay at the Benson North Carolina Hampton Inn was excellent. Staff was very accommodating from the front desk to the staff serving breakfast in the morning. All went out of their way to make a nice and comfortable stay.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.
I don’t do reviews….in my opinion they don’t really matter and you don’t know what’s real or not! We stayed overnight this past Saturday and everything was fabulous until the power went out at 8:40. We were on the third floor with our dogs and there was literally no communication with guests what so ever. Someone could have yelled from the hallway to get our attention to let us know what we were supposed to do in this situation, see if anyone needed anything like a darn flashlight (my phone was almost dead) but nothing happened until the power came back on at 11:30. I just think it’s something you could learn from if it happens again.
Need to install sound proof windows on rooms facing highway.

Beautiful, clean, efficient, great breakfast, great check out time, nice hang out area down stairs.
We have stayed at this Hampton three times this year. Everyone is very nice, the rooms are very nice and we would recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
