We were treated like VIPs. He got there at noon and check in was at 2:00 pm, but the wedding ceremony was at 2:00 pm. The young lady at the front desk told us she would try to check us in at 1:00 pm and she did assign us the first available room. Excellent service and well maintained property inside and out.
The staff were very helpful and the room was clean.
There are no plugs for the bathtubs, so I could not bathe my children. I called the front desk and was told there are none. The pool is over chlorinated. The smell was so strong we could only stay in there for about 15 minutes. I was not swimming and it was taking my breath away and my eyes would not stop watering.
Too expensive for a 12 hour reprieve.

I have stayed here numerous times. Always had a good stay. But trying to get a hold of this place during the day by phone is next to impossible. I have tried numerous times to get a hold of this place instead of a reservation center with no luck.
My family was diverted due to a horrible storm and the staff at the Holiday Inn was so warm and inviting. They helped calm our nerves and helped us with our every need. Elijah is a fabulous GM and his staff was the best!
