Family owned and operated, Hotel Ottumwa is Ottumwa’s only full service hotel. Conveniently located in historic downtown Ottumwa, the hotel is walking distance from city and county offices, the county museum, and the Amtrak station. The hotel is just minutes from Bridge View Center, "The Beach Ottumwa", and the "Wapello County Trails System" that follow the Des Moines River, taking hikers to remote areas revealing wildlife in its natural habitat.
