For a Hyatt and the price I guess I expected more. Room was clean and very nice. Hotel was a beautiful location and seemed to be recently updated as it even smelled new in hallways. Everywhere seemed very clean and well maintained. Wasn't expecting extra fee for parking?? Guess they'll find a way to charge you for anything. Rooms have just the basics. Refrigerator so small, it only fits a couple of drinks, which works because there's no microwave or even a toaster in the room. There is "community" appliances in the lobby. We brought our puppy which we paid an extra $200 for our four night stay, not complaining about that other than they put us across the street in building two but the "grassy dog area" is at building 1. Be nicer if there was a small grassy area at both buildings.
The Hyatt at Ocean City is amazing. I was extremely well taken care of. Friendly and accommodating staff. Location is wonderful and I was able to bring my dog. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you!

Everything was good. Great place, great rooms, great service.
The Internet was very difficult to maintain stability. Unfortunately, it was a work vacation for me and I was unable to work in my room. The ground floor door is not triggered correctly and actually shut on me while I was walking out the door. Staff was friendly and professional and I will stay there again.
Stay was excellent, clean, had nice people, and had great breakfast. We have stayed there multiple times and every time it has been very nice.
