They were very accommodating from beginning to end especially the receptionist (I believe her name was Jaqueline, it started with a J) she was so welcoming and assured she was accessible. I loved my room! So spacious, clean and comfortable. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in for a reasonable price!

First, let me say the two female desk clerks we dealt with were wonderful polite, helpful, friendly. With that, I will have to say that the bed in room 321 was absolutely the worst I have ever slept on! Surely others have complained!
