During my recent stay at Holiday Express, I was very impressed with clerk, Jennifer. She went overboard to make sure we had a good stay. I was there to attend my sister’s funeral and Jennifer was very sensitive to my sorrow. She gave good recommendations for places to eat and helped with any concern I had. The breakfast was very good and again the staff was super helpful.
The rooms were very nice and the front desk ladies was very helpful. One even told us where to go eat and get a discount if we told them we were staying in the holiday inn. We were there for a funeral and will definitely stay there again if ever need to be in the area,.
The property is clean and the staff is very nice and friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast was average, for a hotel breakfast, but quite satisfying. The movie theater, just across the parking lot, was a nice surprise for a matinee with the kids. Overall happy with the HIE in Winchester and would stay again if in the area.

We were here in the area for a baby’s funeral. The gal working at the desk was kind enough to move us all to the same floor. We moved our family to the area where breakfast is usually served and the same lady at the desk put up with our stress releasing noisy group. So many thanks to her, especially, for her kindness.
Excellent experience.very clean staff was welcoming. Disappointed the pool was not accessible during our entire stay. Definitely will be back when I visit again.
