Tiffany at the front desk was so informative. She was very easy to talk to and even made sure our room was clean and ready for us herself. The room was nice and spacious for my husband and I and our three kids plus our Great Dane!
The Richmond Hwy 17 location is the only place we stay when visiting family. In all ther years, every time, happy faces, helpful happy to be there staff, spotless, just a great experience all around and this is the fourth or fifth time staying there ! On the side, our Irish Wolf Hound Service Dog is always asking to stay there, good treats she says😉♥️🐾.
Very disappointed I have stayed in many home to suites before and always been happy this time however very disappointed the quality of the room it was clear that the floor had not been vacuumed from the last guest and there are food particles throughout it was impossible to raise or lower the shade on the window which appears to be jammed the room had a musty smell to it and was generally an unclean condition.
