The front desk receptionist, Jonathan, knew I was scheduled for surgery the next morning and that I was anxious. He surprised me and my daughter by meeting us near our room with a card saying “You Matter❤️”. His act of kindness touched my heart and brought me peace.
The hotel was very clean. My room was great. There was always someone at the desk to help me if I needed anything. Everyone was very nice, very professional.
Johnathan made our stay excellent and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, definitely have and will recommend the hotel to others.
Adequate room. Friendly front desk. Unique. Would stay here again.

My wife, Sherry and I don't get to stay at Hotel Denim too often but when we're there, it's like visiting friends! Leatrice helped us with an early check in and updated us on nearby restaurants. Later in the evening, Chelsea fixed us some great meatballs while we watched a hailstorm from the comfort of the lounge! The room, the bed, everything was great! Thanks again, Jim and Sherry Latoz
First:a team of two at front desk kindly and cheerfully fixed a snafu I made w/ a double booking b/4 I could pull up the app (Thank You!)Then one offered a tray and napkins when I microwaved a dinner near the bar so I could carry it to my room. Room was well appointed, from the spare Mod Midcentury decor,to the full length mirror,to the makeup removal towelette by the sink. Bed so comfy! Especially enjoyed seating area w/ West Elm velvet chair, brass reading lamp,and marble C table for computer work. Appreciated the robe, slippers,and espresso machine.It's not always that you find a quiet, clean room w/ decent A/C, beautiful lighting,and a stylish bathroom w/ no issues (ok, the shower door was a little hard to roll open, but hey). Love the breakfast options 6 10am.
Rooms nice and clean. No fancy. Check in OK. Desk staff pretty surly. Morning coffee is poor..cold coffee, no milk, the few muffins/bagels offered are terrible.
Spent four nights here. I really didn’t need many services because only came here to sleep but it was very clean and comfortable. Great location for me and easy access. The front desk was helpful.

We came to stay close to the hospital in a family emergency, we needed extend our stay, hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful.
