Good heat and a/c. Clean bathtub! Nice kitchen area. Very nice people at the front desk. Would stay here again.
My husband and I stay here every time I have an appointment at Mayo when it will take a long day or more than one day. Friendly staff, complimentary shuttle and large clean rooms make it a perfect place for us. And having Panera across the parking lot is a bonus when we are exhausted from a long day!

We always stay at Home2 Suites. But this one at Mayo outshined them all. Free Underground parking convenient to elevators, welcoming friendly staff, at home room atmosphere, clean, close to retail, mall, great restaurants. What more could you ask, especially when coming to see doctors. This place truly lifted my spirit. We’ve already booked our next stay. Last, the front desk gentleman was so accommodating, truly an asset to your hotel chain.
Everything you need is on site or easily accessible and close by!
Proximity to Mayo Clinic brought me here. Shuttle service is excellent. Room and amenities exceeded expectation.
This place is a five of 5. However the Home2 call number used for booking over the phone lied and buried a $50 call fee in the reservation. Home2 should address and correct this. Otherwise excellent room, service, free breakfast, indoor garage, etc.
Everyone who works here have been very helpful. It’s very clean and an inviting atmosphere.
The bathroom was noticeable colder than the rest of the room and the shower floor had a smooth surface which was a little slippery.
The rep. was very courteous and professional.
Very clean, room layout very creative and useful, nice weight/exercise room and pool, like underground parking and excellent breakfast. Liked free water and apples. Will stay again and refer friends and family!
I love this hotel. I had room 231, completely met my needs. The bed was low enough so I could get in! The toilet wasn’t tall but the bars were in good position.
