I have an email and hard copy where I was told I wouldn't be charged a fee for cancelation. So I request my full refund of $90.44. And I WILL NEVER STAY AT MOTEL 6 AGAIN. no matter what Tom Bodet says.
The room was in need of repair Bathroom was ditty Towel bar fell off the wall when I removed the towel The room was never cleaned, bed made/sheets changed/fresh towels/or trash cans emptied. ..
Reservation for ground floor ada room and they wanted to put me in a upper room. Then changed rooms to ground floor and someone was already in it. Third room was ground floor but not ada. And did not give me senior discount.
