The enire staff was very friendly. The staff at the front desk checked constantly to ensure that all of our needs were met.
In town for funeral, July 7th. The front desk clerk at Tru by Hilton, Baton Rouge, Kenisha Williams, went far beyond the call of duty to get us (all four rooms) checked in. We appreciate her concern and her kindness. It was rather hectic with four different entities arriving at different times and from different towns but Kenisha pulled it off beautifully. Facility was really great!
