The cool thing about Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas/Plano Central is that it offers a variety of amenities including a bar/lounge, gym, pool, restaurant, and a 24/7 front desk.
I got to stay here the last couple of nights and wanted to specifically leave this review for the way the staff was while here. 1st I met Jeremiah working through front desk, a younger man with a great presence and a fantastic face for any business. When I first checked in I went to my room noticed I didnt get put in a king suite instead I was put in a two queen room which I hadn't booked. I went down spoke with Jeremiah he said he couldn't make the switch my 1st night but could make the change the second day and he did just that. When I woke up I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. West and Ms.Dawn, I think I scared Mrs. West while I was sitting waiting for coffee to be brought out. She and I then had a fun conversation. I appreciate the staffs willingness to speak with guest when we are away from home and make us feel like we are welcome in a place where many of us haven't been before. Ms. Dawn was polite and made sure all my questions were answered and made sure that everyone I saw here interact with were taken care of. Each of these people should be considered for a higher position in the company I think they each possess attributes that would benefit the company as a whole and deserve recognition.
Rooms were big and the beds comfortable, good experience.
