The Edwin Hotel offers a range of cool amenities including a spa, a 24-hour fitness center, a seasonal outdoor pool, and a restaurant with a bar/lounge.
We chose this hotel because it is close to where we spent our first night of marriage. What didn’t count on was how fabulous the room/balcony would be, the valets, especially Clay would be and the wonderful way we ended each day at the roof top bar. Everyone is so gracious and helpful. We will come back next year!
Great staff from the valet team, front desk staff was awesome, restaurant is lovely, and the Whiskey Thief rooftop bar was a great experience. Perfect location downtown with an awesome view of the city and river. Maid service freshened towels every day and made the bed. Will not stay anywhere else in Chattanooga.
The barista, housekeeper, wait staff, front desk, and valets were all outstanding, always helpful, professional, and personable. I can’t wait to come back!
The staff was very friendly and helpful! The valet guys were the best!

The treatment by all of the staff from the valet to the in room dining experience was completely outstanding. Speaking from someone who rarely gets the opportunity to indulge in a fine establishment, we were treated with the utmost respect and courtesy even though it was obvious that I and my fiance are not as financially well to do as the majority of the guests. I will be grateful for the opportunity to indulge in the fine experience of luxury comfort relaxation. Thank you!

My family and I stayed over the holiday and it was perfect! Our meal in Whitebird was delicious and relaxing. Even though they were booked we were never rushed or felt like the table needed to be turned over. Sky, our server, was terrific! Hotel is in a great location on the river so it's within walking distance to a lot of things.
