The room was huge. View was amazing. The halls and rooms are a little dated but everything else is eye poppin. I called about parking. Was told there was onsight parking but that I had to pay to use the under ground garage. We will definitely stay again.
I would stay here again. Took advantage of the daily breakfast. Room was quite satisfactory and quiet.

We came to visit our daughter and I always love staying at their Hyatt Place location. The welcoming front desk has the answers to all my questions and food choices are within walking distance abound. The rooms are well decorated and modern. Very clean. The floor to ceiling windows let in a ton of natural light and have a filter shade and a black out shade for nighttime sleeping. We love this hotel!

This was a great base camp for a visit with our son who is in law school. Highly recommend it.

Very spacious and clean rooms.
I grew up in Iowa City and typically stay with family, so this was a welcome alternative at a very affordable price. I loved that it's steps away from downtown, that staff's friendly and helpful, plenty of free breakfast options, an indoor pool with a lot of natural light and that both of our dogs could stay for a total fee of $75. Also, only $15 per night for parking (I lived in Chicago for over 20 years, so this is very reasonable). We plan to stay here in the future as it's only three five minutes from family and we have a spot of our own when visiting Iowa City.

So much noise on the entire floor. This went on from approximately 2:00 am until 4:30 am.
