I booked a room at the last minute due to fires in the Gorge that prevented me from going home. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, not just to myself, but others checking in as well. I used their ice machine to keep perishable groceries cool in my cooler and slept in comfort overnight, refreshed and ready to go home when the roads were clear. Thanks, Holiday Inn Express staff in Hood River!

Staff is very helpful and welcoming. Rooms are very comfortable, showers are great. Good breakfast too.
Good customer service at front desk. Expansive and very good breakfast and ability to Grab N Go. Spotlessly class rooms. Quiet. Appreciate the toiletries in reusable containers, cuts down on plastic waste.
