The room I was shown and promised was an oceanfront room with ocean view but I got a room with balcony facing trees and no ocean.
We just returned from a five night stay at Isla Bella and it was wonderful! There was plenty to do for my 12 and 14 year old. Even at capacity, the resort never felt crowded. The staff was great, the rooms were spacious and the food and service was wonderful. It was a 10/10 experience!
ItThe hotel is absolutely beautiful, we had our wedding there and everyone was so nice and helpful. Plenty of amenities and the food was wonderful. My only criticism is the Marketplace. Being the only place for breakfast it was very disorganized and long waits to get the simplest things. Hope you work that out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Isla Bella Resort. It’s our second time coming here and will definitely be back. The staff was amazing at every area of the resort. Can’t say enough. Annie at the outside tiki bar was a hoot. Made us feel like family. Resort was very clean and well kept. Environment was always fun and positive. Great vacation.
