We took our daughter, son in law and three grandchildren to spend the night and enjoy many of the fun activities offered during this holiday season. We loved every minute of it. There are activities and experiences for all ages. Some of the activities we participated in were Ice (the show), Build a bear, swimming with the Grinch movie, s'mores out by the firepit, tubing, indoor mini golf, decorating gingerbread houses, etc. After the kids went to bed, we had a nice cocktail in the main lodge at the Embers bar and enjoyed the truly mountain lodge ambiance. We had dinner earlier in the evening at The Old Hickory Steakhouse that was outstanding. They gave us a small private glassed in room, which was so special for the grandkids. Our waitress was Evie and she made us all feel like we totally belonged there. It is crazy how much we did in 24 hours without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. Everything from check in to check out was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful time.
Great spa experience, beautiful surroundings. It was a great place for our staycation.
