Clean, comfortable hotel with good breakfast to resume journey.
As a Hilton member I have always viewed Tru to be a discount hotel in the Hilton chain. So I put up with the drab and dated hallways and stark rooms. The towels seem to be leftovers from Super 8 motels, small and scratchy. Okay if I am paying $100 150/ night. But to pay over $225/night, I expect much more for my money than simply a place to sleep for the night. I will probably stay at the Hilton Honors hotel or similar upgrades in the future and get my moneys worth. Usually there is a better level of Hilton Hotel right across the street from the Tru.
So sorry, the review I made earlier was for the Double Tree in Fredericksburg/ Va.

Property and rooms were very clean, staff was professional and helpful, overall, a very good experience.

We needed a room quickly because a neighboring hotel was so bad we left to try Tru and the property and staff was awesome made us feel relieved and no worries they took care of us and took our stress away we will be staying at Tru in the future for sure Hampton just lost us as customers;0).
