Check in was fast, the room was clean, quiet, large and well laid out. Nice beds with plenty of good pillows. Nice shower. Breakfast was abundant and had good variety. The woman working there was friendly and helpful!
Wonderfully helpful, friendly receptionists. Clean, bright rooms with comfortable beds. Nice breakfast selection. I would stay there again when in Jackson!
Our room was very clean! Loved how large it was, would have like a lazy boy chair or small live seat better than that single "Office" chair, didn't get paid service on second day of trash removal or fresh towels, seat in shower for handicapped is very slippery, pool a little chilly,little disappointed in the free breakfast I have been at cheaper hotels and had been able to have scrambled eggs and bacon,sausage, for a "HILTON" Expected a better breakfast, but overall stay was very nice it was quiet and bed very comfortable.
I was in a connecting room with no soundproofing between the rooms. ( I was by myself and no use of the connecting room.) Unfortunately, I was there for three nights listening to my neighbors talking and listening to their TV. I should have asked for a different room the first night! Meanwhile, on the third night a group of teenage girls was next door. ..you can imagine the noise! I finally called the front desk at 1:30. They did send someone up and the noise did stop. .and started at 7:00 in the morning again. Also, the rooms have no "softness" so there is no noise absorption material. No rugs, no carpet. .all hard floors. Room was clean, breakfast was just what you would expect. Room was clean as well. However, I will not be back.
